Erasing Mankind open a new chapter with “Void” ahead of Cairo Wacken warm-up show

Cairo groove/death metal four-piece Erasing Mankind have released their new single "Void", the first music to arrive under what the band are calling a new era. The track landed on 15 April across streaming platforms, just days before the band return to the Cairo Wacken warm-up stage on 18 April.

Erasing Mankind have released “Void”, a new standalone single that went live on 15 April.

The Cairo four-piece, active since 2019, introduced the song as the start of a “new era” for the band in a post shared alongside the release announcement. The track is now available across streaming platforms.

The release lands just before the band’s next live date. Erasing Mankind are part of the updated Cairo Wacken warm-up lineup, which now takes place at Ceryle on 18 April after the venue and bill changed due to the regional situation.

They will appear alongside Veritatem Solam and Gorynov on the revised bill, giving “Void” its first live context only three days after release.
