Myrath unveil “Soul of My Soul”, the third single from Wilderness of Mirrors

Tunisia’s Myrath have shared “Soul of My Soul” as the third preview from Wilderness of Mirrors, their seventh studio album, due on 27 March 2026 via earMUSIC on CD and 12” vinyl.

Myrath’s choruses have always been one of their sharpest weapons, and “Soul of My Soul” leans into that instinct with a slower, more romantic pace and a piano presence that sits front and centre, in a way that will click immediately with anyone who grew up on big rock ballads. Those piano moments can even bring to mind Queen’s “Love of My Life”, Freddie Mercury’s song for Mary Austin, his former partner and lifelong confidante.

“Soul of My Soul” arrives after two very different singles: “The Funeral”, despite its title, carries an upbeat pulse, with voices and keys building a vivid, almost cinematic atmosphere, while “Until the End” brought in Elize Ryd (Amaranthe) for a guest feature that pushed the song into a more duet-like, hook-forward space.

On this new single, the band show another side of that same identity: they know exactly what their audience comes to Myrath for, and they’ve refined it over the years until it feels like something they can shape at will, like starting with grains and ending up with a whole sand-built empire that holds its ground. And when “Soul of My Soul” reaches its piano ending, it lands in an unusual, unpredictable way that feels like it’s deliberately leaving the door open for what comes next on the tracklist, “Edge of the Night”, and how that transition is going to hit when the full album is finally in sequence.

Wilderness of Mirrors is available to pre-save now on digital platforms.
