Raptorbaby have released “The Omnificent”, a new nine-minute progressive metal track accompanied by an official music video.
The song examines humanity’s growing dependence on artificial intelligence and the danger of treating machine-generated information as truth.
Speaking about the track, Raptorbaby described it as their “latest nine-minute prog-djent epic: a song that explores the fears and pitfalls of humanity’s burgeoning dependence on the hallucinations of machines, as we emerge and merge into the grand new age of artificial intelligence.”
The video for “The Omnificent” was directed by Vincent van Niekerk, with videography and photography by Kyle Calder. Sean Gaisford and Van Niekerk handled the editing.
