Welcome to the official public vote page for AFRICA.ROCKS Soundcheck 2026.

The first-round videos are now live and public voting opens worldwide on 26 April. From that date, readers will be able to vote through this page for the band they want to see move forward in the competition.

This first round brings together bands from across Africa, each submitting a newly filmed live performance of one original song. The public vote will help decide which entries advance to the next stage.

Voting is open worldwide through this page only. Social media likes, shares, comments and reactions do not count as votes.

Please watch the videos before voting and choose the band you want to support.
